I have used wicked plumbing twice. The first time turned out to need 3 different fixes. The second just one. Both times were done well
The phone service was excellent with a human answering the phone and the plumber calling back quickly. He came out to assess what was needed and the day of they work was done quickly and to my satisfaction. They were friendly and prompt.

Nick and his team were fantastic. We had a drain issue that required them to access thru the ceiling below. They were very helpful in explaining the issue and repaired our drain with a much better solution for our family. Now, toys won’t be able to enter the drain, and the old lever was replaced with a more modern (and easy to use) push system. We will definitely be using Wicked Plumbing in the future. I contacted wicked plumbing because I was having drainage issues in my bathroom. They were just great. Using the snake didn't work to clear the drain so he had to cut an opening in my closet to get at the pipes. The opening was cut neat and perfect. He was able to screw the piece back on the wall so if there's ever another issue they will have easy access to the pipes. Their work was impeccable. When you call the office you get a human to talk to no answering machine. The girl I spoke to said Nick will call you back within the hour and he did. I definitely recommend wicked plumbing. I will be calling them again very soon to install new shower valves in my bathrooms. Nick was kind, courteous and let me know every step of the way what he needed to do and the cost. They left my bathroom so clean that you never knew they were there.
