Always on time, they take great care in the job they do. They understand that not every job is a complete renovation. Sometimes you just need to fix what's broken, and they don't push to do more work if it can last a little bit longer. They are fully transparent with the work they provide, what could be done, what needs to be done, and let you choose from there.

Nick and his team are Amazing! They give realistic quotes and schedule quickly. They do a great job and always review everything after and give recommendations. I started using them when I bought my house 5 years ago and I wouldnt use anyone else.

Wicked Plumbing is my go to for all plumbing and heating needs. Nick is knowledgeable and professional, his team arrives on schedule and does excellent work. This past week, he replaced my old boiler and water heater with a new Navien combi unit. The work was completed on time and the team cleaned up before leaving. Nick explained in detail how the unit worked and answered all my questions. I'm very happy with the total experience.

Nick diagnosed some issues with our plumbing and heating including corroded pipes and some old gas space heaters that no longer function. He advised us on safety concerns and different options for our home. He was able to give us price quotes same day so we could make a decision quickly and get things moving forward. Our issues were not emergencies but fairly urgent and he was able to get us an appointment within a week. He is very professional and well organized. 10/10 would recommend.

I always use Wicked Plumbing for all my plumbing needs. Today my hot water tank started leaking. I spoke with Nick a little after 9am and he was here within a hour, priced out a few replacement options for me and got right to work after I chose one. He was even able to get a electrician to come out same day to hardwire the new tank to the electrical panel as we needed to switch from gas to electric. Out of the 4 jobs that I have hired Wicked Plumbing for this was by far the biggest. And I was very impressed by his knowledge and professionalism. He always answers any questions I have and his work is top notch. I will definitely use Wicked Plumbing again in the future and highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.

When my hot water heater bit the dust in the middle of a frigid January cold snap, leaving me and my family with no heat or hot water, I wasn't sure who to turn to. I spoke with a few plumbing companies that didn’t seem reputable, and were short with me, not interested in answering questions. One of them charged me for parts I should have never been sold, and which never actually worked. I was beyond stressed. Then Nick Arruda was recommended to me by good friends whose opinions I trust completely, and they didn’t let me down. I found Wicked Plumbing beyond easy to communicate with, and they were phenomenal with keeping me updated throughout the consultation, price quoting for repairs, and the repair service itself. Nick was honest and explained things thoroughly, which included answering my many, MANY questions. He was kind, understanding, and professional. Just a solid dude. Even my dog adored him. The work was scheduled quickly, completed in one day, and they cleaned up behind themselves when they left. The new system is shiny and works perfectly, and I couldn’t be happier. Issue was diagnosed last week with the plan for them to return today to do the repairs. Nick was open on making us aware of the risks & additional costs involved should the problem be worse than initial diagnostic. Thankfully, all went well and they were able to replace our well pump with no issue. Cost fell within the range that was communicated.

Everyone who calls a plumber is probably in a stressful situation. I called Wicked Plumbing and they actually answered the phone. They took down my information and within 15 minutes the boss called me back. He gave me several options as far as a timetable and was approachable and professional. An appointment was set up right away. Zack showed up on time and reviewed what needed to be done. No sales pitches were used, and they described what the job involved and why I needed it done. Zack was at my place for 4 hours and did a great job. He went over the amount of the bill before and after the work was completed. An invoice was sent within minutes to my email and text messages were sent telling me when they would arrive. Truly a professional business and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again with any other plumbing issue.
