Excellent service as rated. There in a little over an hour of the first contact at 8:45am. Service completed before 2pm. Easy! Zack was very knowledgeable and professional.

Called at 8:45 and they were there by 10. Replaced broken water heater before 2pm. Doesn't get any better or easier than that. Zack was knowledgeable and professional.

Called Wicked Plumbing in the morning concerning a leak. An hour later they were at the house in Portsmouth RI and made a quote for several jobs that needed to be done as well. They worked with four guys and by the evening everything was top notch again! Great communication and clean work. Couldnt be happier and will contact them again if needed! I always use Wicked Plumbing for all my plumbing needs. Today my hot water tank started leaking. I spoke with Nick a little after 9am and he was here within a hour, priced out a few replacement options for me and got right to work after I chose one. He was even able to get a electrician to come out same day to hardwire the new tank to the electrical panel as we needed to switch from gas to electric. Out of the 4 jobs that I have hired Wicked Plumbing for this was by far the biggest. And I was very impressed by his knowledge and professionalism. He always answers any questions I have and his work is top notch. I will definitely use Wicked Plumbing again in the future and highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.

When my hot water heater bit the dust in the middle of a frigid January cold snap, leaving me and my family with no heat or hot water, I wasn't sure who to turn to. I spoke with a few plumbing companies that didn’t seem reputable, and were short with me, not interested in answering questions. One of them charged me for parts I should have never been sold, and which never actually worked. I was beyond stressed. Then Nick Arruda was recommended to me by good friends whose opinions I trust completely, and they didn’t let me down. I found Wicked Plumbing beyond easy to communicate with, and they were phenomenal with keeping me updated throughout the consultation, price quoting for repairs, and the repair service itself. Nick was honest and explained things thoroughly, which included answering my many, MANY questions. He was kind, understanding, and professional. Just a solid dude. Even my dog adored him. The work was scheduled quickly, completed in one day, and they cleaned up behind themselves when they left. The new system is shiny and works perfectly, and I couldn’t be happier. Wicked has a forever customer in me, and I’ll always book with Nick if I can!

Issue was diagnosed last week with the plan for them to return today to do the repairs. Nick was open on making us aware of the risks & additional costs involved should the problem be worse than initial diagnostic. Thankfully, all went well and they were able to replace our well pump with no issue. Cost fell within the range that was communicated.

Everyone who calls a plumber is probably in a stressful situation. I called Wicked Plumbing and they actually answered the phone. They took down my information and within 15 minutes the boss called me back. He gave me several options as far as a timetable and was approachable and professional. An appointment was set up right away. Zack showed up on time and reviewed what needed to be done. No sales pitches were used, and they described what the job involved and why I needed it done. Zack was at my place for 4 hours and did a great job. He went over the amount of the bill before and after the work was completed. An invoice was sent within minutes to my email and text messages were sent telling me when they would arrive. Truly a professional business and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again with any other plumbing issue.

Called wicked plumbing first thing in the morning. They were there within an hour and a half to fix my well motor. They worked hard in a tight space in the crawl space of the cellar. These two young men were terrific. They were knowledgeable and and extremely affable. Price wise they are on par with most plumbers. Pleasant experience all-round. Would definitely recommend.

Quickly responded. Fast and efficient. I have one day off a week. This was a major sink clogthey were in and out before noon!

Zack was on time and very courteous. He fixed my kitchen faucet and uncloged my kitchen sink. He was extremely friendly and helpful. I will definitely be using Wicked Plumbing in the future.

Hot water has been turning brown for days inconveniently during the winter. Turns out the water heater had to be replaced. Wicked scheduled the appointment quickly and installed a new water heater the next day. Quick, communicative, and professional service! It is a great relief to take hot showers again.
