Excellent experience with Wicked Plumbing and in particular Nick who came to the house. Communication was excellent as was the response time. Nick quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem in the new house that we are moving into. More importantly he picked up on an issue with the boiler that had recently been installed by the previous owner, an issue that was causing damage to the pipes and the septic system. He fixed that as well as the problem that I had initially called for, he also wrote up an analysis of other things that may need doing in the future. I will be using Wicked Plumbing for all my plumbing needs from now on.

I reached out to Wicked Plumbing and received a very quick response - Nick came out after hours to address a corner leak from our cast-iron baseboard heater that was leaking onto our new hardwood floor. When my hot water heater bit the dust in the middle of a frigid January cold snap, leaving me and my family with no heat or hot water, I wasn't sure who to turn to. I spoke with a few plumbing companies that didn’t seem reputable, and were short with me, not interested in answering questions. One of them charged me for parts I should have never been sold, and which never actually worked. I was beyond stressed.
Then Nick Arruda was recommended to me by good friends whose opinions I trust completely, and they didn’t let me down. I found Wicked Plumbing beyond easy to communicate with, and they were phenomenal with keeping me updated throughout the consultation, price quoting for repairs, and the repair service itself. Nick was honest and explained things thoroughly, which included answering my many, MANY questions. He was kind, understanding, and professional. Just a solid dude. Even my dog adored him.
The work was scheduled quickly, completed in one day, and they cleaned up behind themselves when they left. The new system is shiny and works perfectly, and I couldn’t be happier. Wicked has a forever customer in me, and I’ll always book with Nick if I can!
