I called wicked plumbing Tuesday morning at 10:30. They originally told me they would schedule my appointment for the following day between 10:00 and 2:00. Unless I had a cancellation, then they could come earlier. Within 2 hours they had called and said they were on their way. I had roots blocking a pipe which was causing a water backup in my basement. They were able to come in and take care of the problem within about an hour. Both of the guys that came were polite, friendly, very professional, and I would recommend wicked plumbing due to everything I said above.

The technician was great and very knowledgeable. Finished the job in no time. But the price was wicked high. Price too high for the type of job. Charging $1218 to just change tub/shower valve and a spout. That was ridiculously and wicked high.

Zack and Jason came to my condo to install a 3 tier water filtration system and solve a water pressure issue Ive been experiencing. They both worked extraordinarily efficient and professional answering all my questions thoroughly. Upon install they discovered a leak in my sink in the kitchen and replaced the entire piping underneath as well! 10/10 recommend wicked plumbing for any of your plumbing and water filtration needs!

Nick and his team did an outstanding job. They were professional, efficient, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. They quoted the job and installed our 60-gallon indirect tank the very same day, which exceeded expectations. Everything was done cleanly and correctly. Excellent experience with Wicked Plumbing and in particular Nick who came to the house. Communication was excellent as was the response time. Nick quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem in the new house that we are moving into. More importantly he picked up on an issue with the boiler that had recently been installed by the previous owner, an issue that was causing damage to the pipes and the septic system. He fixed that as well as the problem that I had initially called for, he also wrote up an analysis of other things that may need doing in the future. I will be using Wicked Plumbing for all my plumbing needs from now on.

I reached out to Wicked Plumbing and received a very quick response - Nick came out after hours to address a corner leak from our cast-iron baseboard heater that was leaking onto our new hardwood floor. The leak was fixed promptly, and the system was drained, refilled, and purged of air. We haven't had any issues since.

I had a great experience with Wicked Plumbing. It was easy to schedule service. Nick and his colleague were prompt in their arrival. They diagnosed the problem quickly, provided a range of solutions and took their time explaining the solutions thoroughly. They were able to install a water heater the same day - to include coordinating an electrician to come to run a new electrical line. Pricing seemed reasonable, though I didn't compare to other companies. I definitely recommend and will use Wicked Plumbing's services in the future.

Our hot water tank let go on Saturday evening and our regular plumber couldn't not accommodate us, his father passed away. We contacted Wicked Plumbing on Sunday morning due to their great reviews. They called within an hour of my calling, scheduled to be at our home on Monday @ 8:30am, they arrived on time. Nick and Hunter were quite professional and knowledgeable. Within 48 hours, our leaking pipe was replaced, and our technician, Zach, arrived right on time. During the visit, Zach also addressed a few other concerns and shared some helpful insights. He was attentive and kept us in the loop throughout the entire process, making sure we understood what he was doing. The price felt a bit high, but the quality of the work was great, and everything was completed within three hours of his arrival. We did need a faucet replaced, which we provided since we already had an extra. It was a different model and left an extra hole that needed a faucet hole cover (no big deal). The only alternative offered was a soap dispenser that would have cost nearly $300. Overall, Id recommend them if youre comfortable paying a higher premium, but Id still suggest getting multiple quotes.

Zack and Hunter did a great job installing a brand new shop sink system and disposal in my kitchen. They were professional and got the job done right and clean. Fantastic overall level of service and products. And unlike many other plumbers, this company answers/returns phone calls ASAP and shows up when they say they will. Will note I'm a now retired multi-patent holding mechanical design engineer and self admitted perfectionist. Very impressed!
