It was great. Nick knew exactly the possibilities of what could be wrong and didn't take much time to find exactly what was wrong. He explained what was going on with the reason the system wasn't working. Really enjoyed talking with him. I will be calling them again if i ever need someone.

I was I a real pinch when I discovered water leaking from ceiling into the basement the night before I had to travel for a wedding.
I called at 8am and Nick H was at my house by 1245 the same day.
He was polite the whole time and informed me of my issue (different than what I thought) and gave me a couple options to fix it.
Issue fixed and I was on the road to enjoy the wedding celebration. Thank you!

The technician arrived exactly on time when they called for the arrival timeline. The job was done professionally and all questions were answered honestly. I have already used this company to fix a shower at my mom's house previously, and I would highly recommend them for future jobs.

Well, no one likes have to replace an appliance, but Wicked Plumbing and specifically Nick Arruda made it as painless as possible! VERY fast turnaround and a VERY friendly, informative, and matter-of-fact discussion about the options. Nick showed up yesterday just before 2 PM because we had no hot water and less than 24 hours later, we have a new water heater installed and I'm writing this review! We truly appreciate the service provided! We would not hesitate to recommend Wicked Plumbing to anyone! Thanks again!

I had Nick replace a toilet pump in my bathroom apartment downstairs.
He also was able to work on an outside pipe that was causing a leak in the bathroom. I am extremely grateful for the outstanding job he did. My forever plumber !!!!!!!
