I always use Wicked Plumbing for all my plumbing needs. Today my hot water tank started leaking. I spoke with Nick a little after 9am and he was here within a hour, priced out a few replacement options for me and got right to work after I chose one. He was even able to get a electrician to come out same day to hardwire the new tank to the electrical panel as we needed to switch from gas to electric. Out of the 4 jobs that I have hired Wicked Plumbing for this was by far the biggest. And I was very impressed by his knowledge and professionalism. He always answers any questions I have and his work is top notch. I will definitely use Wicked Plumbing again in the future and highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.

10/10 service. New homeowners in Warren and woke up to a broken sump pump and 3-6 inches of water in the basement filling fast. Nick was awesome, he came in, looked at the job at hand ( my toilet) told me exactly what I needed and then told me how much. He replaced the shut off for the water supply, fixed the flange and replaced the toilet. He was quick, professional and very nice. I know who I will be calling from now on.

I was I a real pinch when I discovered water leaking from ceiling into the basement the night before I had to travel for a wedding.
I called at 8am and Nick H was at my house by 1245 the same day.
He was polite the whole time and informed me of my issue (different than what I thought) and gave me a couple options to fix it.
Issue fixed and I was on the road to enjoy the wedding celebration. Thank you!

I have used wicked plumbing twice. The first time turned out to need 3 different fixes. The second just one. Both times were done well
The phone service was excellent with a human answering the phone and the plumber calling back quickly. He came out to assess what was needed and the day of they work was done quickly and to my satisfaction. They were friendly and prompt.

Nick and his team were fantastic. We had a drain issue that required them to access thru the ceiling below. They were very helpful in explaining the issue and repaired our drain with a much better solution for our family. Now, toys won’t be able to enter the drain, and the old lever was replaced with a more modern (and easy to use) push system. We will definitely be using Wicked Plumbing in the future. I experienced a main line clog in our recently purchased home. Being a new home owner in the area, I had no idea who to call. Thankfully I made the right decision calling Wicked Plumbing. Excellent response, called at 8:30 am and Nick was here about 10. Leak from upstairs shower showing as peeling paint and water mark on ceiling below. Thorough, explained what he thought was the problem and how he would fix it. Gave us a quote for the work and said he could do it right then and there. Did a great job replacing needed parts. Very capable and professional, completely satisfied with his work. Only reason for 4 star instead of 5 star is that we thought it was kind of expensive. But we didn't get any other estimates so hard to know for sure. Would recommend.

Well, no one likes have to replace an appliance, but Wicked Plumbing and specifically Nick Arruda made it as painless as possible! VERY fast turnaround and a VERY friendly, informative, and matter-of-fact discussion about the options. Nick showed up yesterday just before 2 PM because we had no hot water and less than 24 hours later, we have a new water heater installed and I'm writing this review! Not only did Nick and his partner do a great job. (Sorry, didn’t get the other guys name). They showed up more then an 90 minutes ahead of their scheduled time slot.. they went right to work, fixing the problem, and restoring water flow throughout my house…. Area was left clean, and they were both great with my animals…hard to find service like that, in todays world…. I highly recommend Wicked Plumbing.. they will get all my plumbing work from here on out…
