When my hot water heater bit the dust in the middle of a frigid January cold snap, leaving me and my family with no heat or hot water, I wasn't sure who to turn to. I spoke with a few plumbing companies that didn’t seem reputable, and were short with me, not interested in answering questions. One of them charged me for parts I should have never been sold, and which never actually worked. I was beyond stressed.
