I always use Wicked Plumbing for all my plumbing needs. Today my hot water tank started leaking. I spoke with Nick a little after 9am and he was here within a hour, priced out a few replacement options for me and got right to work after I chose one. He was even able to get a electrician to come out same day to hardwire the new tank to the electrical panel as we needed to switch from gas to electric. Out of the 4 jobs that I have hired Wicked Plumbing for this was by far the biggest. And I was very impressed by his knowledge and professionalism. He always answers any questions I have and his work is top notch. I will definitely use Wicked Plumbing again in the future and highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.

I was I a real pinch when I discovered water leaking from ceiling into the basement the night before I had to travel for a wedding.

Excellent response, called at 8:30 am and Nick was here about 10. Leak from upstairs shower showing as peeling paint and water mark on ceiling below. Thorough, explained what he thought was the problem and how he would fix it. Gave us a quote for the work and said he could do it right then and there. Did a great job replacing needed parts. Very capable and professional, completely satisfied with his work. Only reason for 4 star instead of 5 star is that we thought it was kind of expensive. But we didn't get any other estimates so hard to know for sure. Would recommend.

Well, no one likes have to replace an appliance, but Wicked Plumbing and specifically Nick Arruda made it as painless as possible! VERY fast turnaround and a VERY friendly, informative, and matter-of-fact discussion about the options. Nick showed up yesterday just before 2 PM because we had no hot water and less than 24 hours later, we have a new water heater installed and I'm writing this review! We truly appreciate the service provided! We would not hesitate to recommend Wicked Plumbing to anyone! Thanks again!

I had Nick replace a toilet pump in my bathroom apartment downstairs.

Not only did Nick and his partner do a great job. (Sorry, didn’t get the other guys name). They showed up more then an 90 minutes ahead of their scheduled time slot.. they went right to work, fixing the problem, and restoring water flow throughout my house…. Area was left clean, and they were both great with my animals…hard to find service like that, in todays world…. I highly recommend Wicked Plumbing.. they will get all my plumbing work from here on out…

I came upon Wicked Plumbing by word of mouth and I couldn't be happier. They answered the phone, I got a call back the same day, with an appointment for the next. Nick was on-time, pleasant, professional, explained what was wrong and what he was going to do to fix it. Plumbing issues are never fun but at least knowing your pipes and drains are in competent hands, I will never look for another plumber. Wicked all the way for peace of mind.

Nick and Nick were very professional. They arrived pretty early in the window given, had us explain the issue, and ran us through their solutions. They were able to fix a leaking drain as well as various repairs to our boiler same day. They also did a pretty thorough cleanup and everything was left in as clean or cleaner condition than they arrived.

This is not our first time using wicked plumbing. When I called to get an estimate for a job, the phone was picked up on 2 rings by reception. I gave our information about the job at hand and was called back by Nick, the owner, in less than 10 minutes. I requested an early morning appointment and he was able to see us within a few days. It was overall a great experience with a tradesman. He completed the job same day, and we will be calling wicked plumbing again for our next job. We highly recommend this company.
